If you come across a cat that seems lost, injured, or in distress, please share a clear photo of the cat in local Facebook groups of your town. Many local cat feeders are active in these groups and can offer assistance. Calling for help might not always be the best option, as some authorities may choose to put the cat down. By posting in the groups, you can connect with experienced feeders who can step in and help the cat.

Facebook buttons often require users to log in before they can view the page or they automatically open the Facebook app login screen.

What is Help a Cat all about?

Help a Cat is a volunteer-run initiative dedicated to rescuing, feeding, and rehoming cats in need. We rely on donations and kind-hearted people to make a difference — one cat at a time.

Can I donate food online?

Yes! You can order directly from our wishlist and have it shipped straight to us. It’s quick, easy, and super helpful!

How do I know my donation is being used properly?

Transparency is important to us. We regularly share updates, photos, and stories on our website and social media so you can see exactly how your support is helping.

How can I support Help a Cat?

You can help by donating cat food, giving money, adopting a cat, fostering temporarily, or simply spreading the word. Every little bit helps!

Where do I send or drop off food?

You can drop food at our main collection point or  Check our “Donate” page for all the options. Donation Anna Cassar

Why do cats need help at all?

Many cats are abandoned, born on the streets, or come from difficult situations. Without help, they face hunger, illness, and danger. We step in to give them a second chance.
